Excellent purchase, so glad I bought it!
I have never used one of these but I rub essential oil onto my scalp every night and I wanted something to help distribute it better. This is nice and gentle but I can still feel the work it is doing. Easy to use, even with my arthritic hamds, and functions better than expected!

Good scalp scrubber
This scalp scrubber works well. I need to replace my old scrubber and this one has diffidently be a good chose for a replacement. I would probably buy this scalp scrubber again.

Great for getting product residue out of hair and scalp
I normally try to use products for at least a couple months before I write a review, but this one didn’t need anywhere near that long to know it’s a winner. It’s just simple so not much to go wrong and the price is excellent. I occasionally put product in my hair (usually gel) and noticed that I would get flakes afterwards despite doing a thorough job scrubbing my scalp by hand. I also noticed that really getting in there with my fingers was super uncomfortable – and still ineffective. So I decided to give this scrubber a chance. It immediately helped clear up the flakes I had noticed before and was so much easier on my scalp than my apparently boney fingers. I have pretty big hands and the size of this fits very well in my hand. Love the nub on top to keep it in place as well, and it cleans really well with a rinse. Since I’ve only used it for a couple weeks, it’s hard to say what the durability is like, but given the low cost, even if I only get a few months out of it before it falls apart, I’ll just replace it. I don’t expect this to be something I can hand down to my children!Only word of caution is that it squeaks a lot – to be expected since it’s silicone. You also don’t want to scrub too hard or else it WILL annoy your scalp. You do not need to press that hard for it to be effective anyway. I also found that I rinse my hair and work in soap with my fingers, then do a quick rinse with soap, then do a thorough rinse out with this brush to get any residue. That seems to be much more comfortable for me.

Gentle yet Invigorating…Great Product
My hairstylist recommended I get this with the Neutrogena T/Sal shampoo for my scalp and I’m glad I tried it. The silicone bristles are flexible and gentle yet very invigorating in n the scalp. The handle put between your fingers makes it easy to hold even with wet hands. It really helps the shampoo lather well. I would definitely recommend using his product.

Perfect little helper after shoulder surgery
With only one hand to wash my hair after shoulder surgery, this was a huge help! Not only did it help me lather up my hair, but the scrubby ‘teeth’ help to clean my scalp. It’s soft and rubbery, so it doesn’t scratch, but still firm enough to scrub well. It fits perfectly in one hand and is easy to hold. I recommend putting the shampoo in your hand, then smearing it around your head before using the scrubber.
