Very pleased with these soaps, work well for beards too!
I’m quite surprised how much I like these soaps. I usually use Crate 61/Honest Amish/Dr. Squatch. I actually enjoy this Age of Sage just as much, maybe more. The scents are a nice change. I was shocked that they work quite well in my beard too!

Awesome soap, lightly scented
Like the soap, much better prices than some name brand (you know who I mean), my only issue is there is not a lot of scent to it. But like they always say, you get what you pay for!

I like this brand. Packaging is cute, Good value with natural ingredients. These scents however are questionable.Drip- This one is Sunblock to me. Pure Heavy White Sunblock, That’s what this smells like to me.Bussin- A cologne musky smell. Pretty good. Sure, It’s Bussin.Vibe- Not good. I don’t know what this is trying to be but I don’t like it. Bad Vibes.Lit- Pretty Good honestly. Kinda fruity, like fruit stripes gum.All in all they aren’t terrible but underwhelming. They’re good soaps but I find with these packs its generally 50/50 between Pretty good and borderline bad.

I do love how this feels on my skin, although I wish it had pieces in the soap like Dr. Squatch does. It’s very sudsy, but the fragrances are minimal and not my favorite.

Always a pleasure to use. More affordable and fragrant than Dr. Sqautch and lasts just as long if not longer. Plus I’m a sucker for any product using coconut oil. My favorite cold process soaps available right now.

Great soap, love the smell. I continually repurchase this brand for my husband and he can’t get enough. They are similar to other brands with a higher price point but just as good.

Macho Set Not So Macho
I purchased the Macho Set last year. I immediately noticed as soon as I received it that all of the soaps pretty much smelled the same. None of the soaps smell bad per say, they just aren’t exactly macho scents as they are said to be. Every single one of the soaps smell like an old grandma’s bathroom. Which I guess is okay if you’re a guy, or even a girl that is in to that sort of thing. I am not into that sort of soap. The soaps all lather up really well, and clean well. I have been using them as a sort of pre clean for the parts of my body that tend to stink the most, and then I use a more desired soap like Dr squatch, or the Black Stuff to clean my body all over.The soap that I received from age of sage does appear to look the same as the soap in the picture. The soap I received did not come in the same packaging that is pictured, but rather came in an obviously cheaper plastic packaging. This wouldn’t bother me if the soaps smelled more masculine, or macho as I assumed that they would. But, seeing as how every one of the 4 soaps that I received pretty much all smell the same, like a grandma’s bathroom. Well, the different packaging had me questioning whether or not I even received the correct soap, despite them being labeled with the correct soap names. In the end I find that these soaps are too expensive to be purchasing when they don’t meet my personal expectations. I will not be purchasing these again.
