I wear a large cap and it is wide enough for rollers comfortably. The first time you wear it is atight fit. I suggest putting your hands inside the cap and stretch on both sides to make the band stretch out. After it adjusts to head size it is comfortable. The colors are bright and I didn’t get too warm while wearing the cap. I am a hot sleeper so this was comfortable for me. I would have given five stars but in my opinion the cap was difficult on the first fit to get on or my head maybe an extra large,

Weak Elastic “Headband” part
they have definitely improved the feel of my hair when i wake up. it keeps is soft and silky. they’ve also gone through the was quite a bit if times and the inside is still very soft. the ONLY thing is the elastic or “headband” part definitely loosens quickly so it does slide up my head throughout the night.

These do make a difference in how my hair looks and feels compared to not wearing the bonnet. My hair comes down to my waist and gets tangled easily. The bonnet keeps that from happening. I put one of them over the headrest in my car because the leather would mess up my hair. Great product!
