Super effective
This shampoo has changed my life. I’ve used many dandruff products many Folliculitis and Seborrheic Dermatitis products with minimal to no reliable relief. The first time I used this shampoo I could feel amazing relief on my scalp, after using it my hair was soft and shiny the moisturizer is excellent. The smell is great too not intolerable like many similar products I’ve bought. The bottle size for the price was worth it for me. Especially now that I don’t see dandruff or have a painful scalp. a great product! I will keep using this product as long as I feel this relief. :edit: a month later still getting amazing pain relief from my painful scalp issues and barely see dandruff, if you’ve tried other products I really do recommend you try this one out because I’m still truly amazed with this shampoo for it being over the counter it has helped me more than any type of doctor prescription shampoo I’ve been given not to mention way cheaper online. 5/5 stars still today!! Thank you for such a great product.

My hair and skin like it
I really like this shampoo. My hair and scalp have responded well. My scalp feels cleaner, and my hair has become more silky even after a week’s use. At first I was put off by the scent, but after further use I’ve pinned down the aroma – it almost smells like jasmine tea. I really like jasmine tea, so it’s actually like of nice. The ingredients are clean, and it has salicylic acid in it, which is an ingredient I was looking for in a shampoo. I use this as both a shampoo and a face wash, and it works well. It’s at a better price point than any comparable shampoo I’ve found, so I’ll probably keep ordering it.

Working as intended!
Been using this shampoo for almost a couple of months now and it’s completely solved the flakiness of my scalp! I was a bit concerned about how small the bottle is but a little goes a long way. I have long hair, so a full pump and a half is a good enough amount for me, and if you have short hair, one or even half a pump would be fine as this stuff lathers really well. If I had to complain about anything, I’d say the smell could be made better. As it is, it doesn’t smell bad, but it’s not fruity or flowery either.Overall good product!

My scalp is not itching.
Wow my hair is so soft and manageable! The smell is not strong at all. I picked this shampoo because it has sylic acid and an antifungal. I thought I hated my hair cut but it was all the natural things I tried that made my hair limp and dull. This shampoo makes me feel like I just left the salon! The itching is not there. The flakes are not there. It has a 3-6 months money back guarantee in the box. I’m impressed after my first time using this shampoo. I researched all night all the ingredients in many shampoos. I’m so glad I gave this one a try. The Dr had prescribed me a topical steroid but after reading the insert it’s too dangerous to use while breastfeeding. So here I am being my own Dr and buying this shampoo instead of using topical steroids.

A “solution” For Folliculitis
I believe I may have finally struck gold!I had been diagnosed with folliculitis approximately 1-1/2 years ago, the exact cause unspecified despite testing. I tried a variety of recommendations, including a prescription topical cream, an oral antibiotic, tea tree shampoo, and a liquid that I applied between hairs directly to the scalp. Nothing worked. In fact, quite the opposite. The number and size of the pustules kept increasing, and, becoming progressively more inflamed. I then stopped washing my hair every day–a lifelong practice–as I thought it might be contributing to the problem; also, I felt certain my scalp needed a break. So, when all else failed, the Sherlock in me began a deep dive into searching for a product that would finally give me some relief, maybe even provide a solution if I was really lucky. That is when I came upon this shampoo. After just three washes, incredibly, there was a difference. I actually felt it working in the shower while massaging it lightly into my scalp, and then after drying my hair each time there were fewer pustules, and, of the ones still there they were smaller, less inflamed, and less painful. I could hardly believe it. Yesterday, I washed for the fourth time and see and feel further improvement. I am beginning to believe I have literally found lightening in a bottle.Noteworthy: Following the instructions precisely, and needing just a small amount of shampoo in the palm of my hand to work up a very good lather, I gently massage the shampoo into my scalp for a full five minutes—I have a timer on—and rinse off with warm, not hot, water. I make a point of washing my brushes regularly, using baby shampoo, which aside from the cleanliness factor prevents irritation to my scalp. When I blow dry my hair I also make a point of using the warm, not hot, setting. And, I change my pillowcases frequently. And a Note from the Manufacturer: It is their recommendation that you do not use other shampoos in between theirs during the recommended treatment period; I may stay away from using other products for an even longer period of time, until I feel fully healed, and even then ease back in to using other shampoos. I haven’t checked with the manufacturer yet but intend to ask if it is wise to use this shampoo intermittently, even when healed. As of this writing, I am fairly confident I will rid myself of the folliculitis, and, I am extraordinarily grateful to the manufacturer for creating a shampoo with people like me (“us” if you are still reading) in mind. Good luck to all!

Best scalp shampoo
I like how it makes my hair feel it makes my hair feel soft. It makes my scalp feel nice and restored. My hair has been so soft. It definitely lasts a long time. I don’t have any scalp irritation definitely worth it. This is my third bottle.

Great product.
No more itch, flakes, patches on scalp and behind my ears. Does not burn or smell when applied. Very satisfied even though we all know there is no permanent fix. Will buy again and subscribe.

I’ve suffered from stress eczema and psoriasis for decades – always needed to buy medicated shampoos that burned. Decided it was time to go organic and OMG, for the first time, no pain! The itching stopped, the burning stopped, the flaking and the redness – gone. The only downfall is it’s quite thick but remedied by adding to some distilled water in a bigger bottle. Highly recommended!

I’m really happy with this shampoo. I’m usually the type who buys the cheapest option, but after I started noticing some acne-like bumps on the back of my head, I decided to give this one a try.Right away I noticed my hair felt noticeably softer, and the scent is really pleasant without being overpowering. As for the bumps, they didn’t disappear completely, but they show up far less often now, which is a big improvement for me.One bottle also lasted me about three months, so it feels like a solid value overall.

I don’t usually post reviews, but for this shampoo I felt I needed to. I have a long history of dandruff that, over the last few years, worsened into itchy, scaly psoriasis on my scalp. Most medicated shampoos either worked only moderately or, if they were stronger, dried out my scalp immediately—helping with the psoriasis scales but leaving me with severe flaking and dryness. This shampoo started working right away. It keeps my psoriasis under control without drying out my scalp. I’ve been using it for over three months and haven’t had a flare-up since. The only time I notice slight redness is if I go long stretches—four or more days—without using it.

I’ve tried countless dandruff and scalp treatment shampoos over the years, but Recuren Plus has been a game changer. Within just a few washes, my scalp felt cleaner, calmer, and far less irritated. The combination of salicylic acid and piroctone olamine really works at keeping flakes and itching under control, while the rosemary and coconut oil leave my hair soft and refreshed without that heavy medicated feel most shampoos have.I love that it tackles everything from seborrheic dermatitis and folliculitis to psoriasis and dandruff—finally, one product that actually delivers on its promises. The scent is light and pleasant, and a little goes a long way, so the 8.8 fl. oz bottle lasts longer than I expected. If you struggle with scalp issues and haven’t found relief elsewhere, I highly recommend giving this a try. It’s the first shampoo that’s made my scalp feel normal again, and I’ll definitely be repurchasing.

I use to get shampoo prescribed by the doctor to manage the itch and dandruff. Because it discontinued I’ve been searching a long time for other shampoos to mange this. TGel was one of them, it worked well but the scent was not great. It’s also difficult to find in drugstores and to order online is expensive. Then I found this shampoo and took a chance. In a week and a half I’ve used it twice and my regular shampoo once, followed with regular conditioner each time. So far no scalp itch and dandruff seems gone. The lather is great, better than the regular shampoo (at least the one I use) and smells nice too. It leaves scalp feeling cool but nothing crazy. I do use a plastic scalp massager to work the shampoo in for a few minutes and then leave it a little longer before I wash it off.
