Creates A Barrier On The Skin To Hydrate
EPILYNXEpiSilk Crystal Day Anti Aging Face SerumThis skincare product is stated to reduce redness + dryness, creating a barrier on the skin, which promotes hydration of the skin.The product did not include any type of application instructions with the packaging received. However, I was able to look back on my order to read user instructions.Application to my skin, around the eyes, was my first targeted areas of concern. Under-eye puffiness, especially. I rubbed a small amount of the anti-aging product to my under-eye area and within seconds my skin tingled a small bit. This subsided within minutes, however, no redness occurred. I’ve applied in p.m. for a few weeks and have noticed a change in the texture of my skin, less puffiness. It seems to moisturize and hydrate, my aging skin, as stated. A little goes far!I’ll continue to apply to the areas if my concerns and will update my review if anything changes.

Serum Is Not Hydrating At All
I find this serum too drying for my already dry skin. It would help if ingredient lists were included with Amazon product descriptions or photos. The only place I could find that information was on a little card that came with the serum (see photo). Directions recommend morning and night applications. I’ve applied the serum only at night, and wake up to dry patches primarily around the nose area. This product is advertised to promote skin’s natural moisture levels. Unfortunately, the liquid doesn’t feel moisturizing at all upon application, and even less so upon waking up. Maybe this works better when the Crystal Day cream is used as well. On its own, it’s just too drying for my middle-aged skin. As a result, I’m not willing to experiment any further to see if it tightens skin and smooths out wrinkles. I’ve used other serums before, and none have given results like this.
