A Solid, Affordable Oil Cleanser, Especially for Double-Cleansing!
This is a really solid cleansing oil! I use it as the first step in my nightly double cleanse. It is definitely thick and hydrating, but it emulsifies well and removes my makeup and sunscreen easily. Make sure to start on dry skin, rub it in, then emulsify with water before rinsing off. It leaves the skin feeling very hydrated and not greasy, but I would follow up with a non-oil cleanser unless you have very dry skin. I have noticed an improvement in my pores and sebaceous filaments since incorporating this into my routine. I was initially hesitant to purchase as I have very sensitive skin, made even more sensitive by tretinoin, and this cleanser has a heavy orange/citrus scent. However, my skin has had no issues with the scent at all, even around my eyes. At such a good price point, I’ll happily keep this cleansing oil in my routine!

FAVORITE OIL CLEANSER
This is the best oil cleanser I have ever tried. I originally found it at a Japanese drugstore and I’m delighted to find it on Amazon as well! Unlike other oil cleaners I’ve tried, this one is super thin and doesn’t feel heavy on the face. It literally melts all of my makeup off so easily and gently. I have super duper sensitive skin and this is so soothing and doesn’t irritate me at all. There is also no residue after you wash it off. I actually look forward to doing my skincare at night just because I love how this feels on my face. It’s almost therapeutic. Not to mention, it has a nice subtle smell too. You don’t need those viral $30 Korean oil cleansers you see on TikTok. This one is just as good and cheaper!

Best oil cleanser
This is my favorite way to remove makeup. You start with your hands and face dry, rub the oil, then wet your hands and rub your face again. The oiliness disappears and your face feels clean, soft, and moisturized. Will and have repurchased!

Effective oil cleanser
Great cleanser on own or as first step of double cleanse. Only need one pump to remove sunscreen. I don’t wear tons of makeup but I think a couple pumps would work for eye makeup and foundation. Keeps skin soft but clean without drying

Great Oil Cleanser for Sensitive/Acne Prone Skin
This oil is thinner and doesn’t leave a film on your skin like some others can. It does a good job of removing makeup and sunscreen, and I use this on days where I have makeup and skincare products on my face. This is the first cleanse, and I follow it up with a facial cream cleanser to remove the rest. I purchased this because my skin was getting really irritated and this particular product (in the yellow/orange bottle) was listed as fungal acne safe and good for sensitive skin. I experienced zero irritation or new breakouts, but I did have a bit of eye irritation the next day. To be fair to this product and honestly review, my eyes can have this reaction if I wear eye makeup for several hours so I don’t think it was a result of this cleanser. It has no scent and I love this formula so much more than a thick balm. I highly recommend this if you have sensitive skin or acne. It has really helped my skin barrier to do a double cleanse with more gentle products.
