Love that this one has a timer feature! A nice update from the one I used years ago. I always buy conair steamer and light up mirrors. It’s simple to use and the brush it comes with is powerful enough for exfoliating my aging skin.

Nice and sturdy
I bought this to replace my old, broken face steamer. This one is definitely an upgrade. I love the sinus cone – a drop or two of peppermint or eucalyptus oil in the water really opens sinuses. It does take a few minutes to warm up but worth it. The face scrubber tool is a nice bonus. It really helped exfoliate my skin without being abrasive. Overall a nice steam facial.

Great for spa day!
I used this this past weekend. It was easy to put together. The only thing I did not like was the brush to clean your face. I should have used it in the shower as it slung soapy water all over the walls and mirror. But other than that, it’s a great product.

Full-face coverage
I’ve used my Conair face steamer several times already. It takes about 3 minutes to get to steam heat and provides up to 30 minutes of steam until the water runs out. It’s so simple to use and the cone that sits on top directs the steam towards your whole face. I’ve found the heat to be mostly even without dangerous hot spots due to the Conair’s design. You’ll still have to move your head around a bit if you want to focus on a particular area but it doesn’t require too much maneuvering. I haven’t used the smaller tube designed for sinuses nor have I draped a towel over my head to enhance the effects of the face steamer but I would expect equally good results to my current use of the steamer. I highly recommend it.

Great benefits for both face and sinuses
I bought this for my elderly mom upon advice from her ENT Dr. Bought the pink one. Very easy to set up and use and very relaxing. Need to use distilled water. One button to turn it on, can set for 3-15 minutes on automatic dial or just push another button for 30 minutes. Turns off by itself. Steam not strong so easy to just relax and breathe. My mom uses it for her sinuses but at the age of 87 it is really helping the texture of her face. So much, that I’m using it after her.

Tiny bursts of “steam”
This product did not work for me. It gave off very tiny bursts of “steam”(quotes because I am unsure if it can be called steam) that I could barely feel on my face. Tried a couple of times with distilled as well as regular water with the same result.The steamer I used was a replacement. The first one looked like it had been opened and repackaged, so I didn’t use it. This one also had the same issue, but I did not want to deal with another replacement request, so just disinfected the cone with alcohol wipes and tried to use it.I am unsure if the issue is because of amazon reshipping returned defective products or the unit itself was faulty. However, at this point, this seems to be too much trouble for a product that was bought as an indulgence. Based on my experience, would not recommened this product.

DISAPPOINTED
Normally, I like Conair products, but this one was a real disappointment. The tiny reservoir barely holds a quarter cup of water which is not enough to give off proper steam and so this one didn’t. I kept waiting for the boiling water to disperse steam to my face but nothing happened. It would take a month of Sundays to get steam from this machine which is a shame because it’s pretty, easy to use, and comes with a facial scrub brush. I wanted to keep it, but it made no sense because proper steam is important to cleanse the face. When I tried to get help, the company gave me instructions to remove the reservoir from the back and make sure it was working correctly but there was no way to remove the reservoir. Could be that they sent the wrong machine or gave me instructions for an incorrect machine. Sorry, it goes back

DO NOT BUY! The timer stopped working at the 2nd use, and the face cleaner brush never worked! I asked for a refund and the company never responded. They do not honour their reimbursement policy. This seems to be a scam. Again, DO NOT BUY!

La compré en super oferta y estuvo bien porque tiene varios detalles.1. El cepillo que viene incluido es el más ruidoso que he usado.2. El vapor sale a buena temperatura pero le falta más densidad porque como no tiene abanico interno, tienes que acercar mucho el rostro.3. El más peligroso de todos, si lo dejas conectado aunque sus botones digan apagado el centro del aparato está caliente, para mí eso indica un corto circuito o algo mal en el cableado del producto. Así que no lo dejes conectado si notas eso.No lo devuelvo porque como les digo, estuvo muy barato y funciona, ya después compraré otro.
